Sign Up for AC Maintenance Before the Heat Arrives!

AC-technician-cleaning-unit

It’s already getting warm outside, and we imagine you’ve started to run your air conditioner during the day. It won’t be long before the serious heat of summer is here, and your AC will get a major workout almost every day.

Is your air conditioner ready for it? Not unless it has professional maintenance!

If you haven’t yet arranged for our experts to come to your home and give your AC a complete inspection and tune-up, now is the time to do it. We have a special maintenance program with two tiers to fit your needs. Give us a call to sign up for one of the tiers, and then we’ll get you on the schedule for a spring AC tune-up.

Yes, Your AC Needs This Each Year

We can’t stress this enough: air conditioning maintenance is one of the most important annual services for your home. It’s not a luxury, it’s a necessity—at least if you want an AC that will do the work you need from it.

The summers in Texas are intense. They put immense strain on any air conditioner. All that stress will quickly cause air conditioning systems to wear down, and this has several damaging effects. Below are the problems you’ll avoid when you keep up with annual maintenance:

  • Excessive repairs: We offer great AC repair in San Antonio, TX and you can count on us to move fast when you need help. But wouldn’t you rather not have to call us in the first place? Maintenance can prevent more than 50% of the repairs you might otherwise have to deal with, saving you money and eliminating a big summer hassle.
  • Shortened system life: Even with our harsh summers, we can still expect to get an AC to last from 10 to 15 years before it needs to be replaced. However, without maintenance, there’s little chance of an AC lasting that long. A neglected air conditioner may need to be replaced after only 5 to 8 years.
  • Poor energy efficiency: An air conditioner uses, on average, 30,000–35,000 watts of electricity per hour to run. If its components are allowed to wear down, however, it will begin to drain much more, while not providing any more cooling. This loss of efficiency will show up as unpleasantly high electricity bills. Regular maintenance stops this efficiency decline and keeps your AC working at its energy-saving best.
  • Unreliable performance: Do you want to worry each day of summer that your AC might break down? Of course you don’t, but that’s a risk you take if you don’t have the air conditioning system annually maintained. Think of maintenance as “armoring” your AC to do battle with merciless Texas heat. It’s got a much better chance of coming through that fight if it has professional armor on.
